Unitex is a range of dried, textured food-grade plant proteins made of different combinations of plant origins as soy, pea and wheat. Unitex offers the opportunity to distinguish your products in mouthfeel, bite and appearance compared to the classical textured plant-based proteins. It also has the advantage of being dried, which simplifies the logistics, as compared to the high moisture varieties that need to be transported cooled or frozen.
